- GREAT site when there is nothing to do on the road. When you sign up you go thru a check list of subjects that interest you then when you install the small tool bar on your browser you click the Stumble button to find sites that others with your interests have given thumbs up to. As you rate more sites the program leads you to more sites that you may like. Also great as a place to store your web favorites online in case your computer dies. VERY addicting.

- MAGIC JACK... I know it sounds like something to do with adult entertainment, but it's a small usb device that you plug in your computer then plug a regular phone in the magic jack (or use a headset on your computer) and if you have a broadband connection - you have unlimited calls to the US and Canada for, get this, $20 a year... yes I said a YEAR. And it actually works! You get your own number for people to call you plus voice mail, call waiting all that stuff and here's the kicker... if you are ANYWHERE in the world with a computer and broadband you can call anywhere in the US or Canada and it doesn't cost you anything extra!!
